Honeymoon spot: A peek at Seychelles

All eyes turned to North Island in the Seychelles when news came out recently that newlyweds Prince William and Princess Catherine checked into the private island’s secluded luxury lodge for their 10-day royal honeymoon. The private island is one of the top romantic getaways among honeymooners. North Island was developed into a private resort in 2003. One of its main attractions, as its website boasts, is that it provides the “very best in privacy, location, accommodation, services, facilities and experience.” The royal couple, Prince William and Princess Catherine's 10-day stay reportedly costs £450,000 ($690,449) although it did not say if they will pay the bill themselves.
