Canada Day Itinerary Unveiled
Set your watches and find your spots along the rope line, royal watchers, because the world's most famous newlyweds — Prince William and his
new bride Princess Catherine — will join the raucous Canada Day festivities
on Parliament Hill at precisely 12:07 ET on July 1.
The National Capital Commission and Canadian Heritage on Tuesday
released a few more details about what is expected to be one of the biggest
Canada Day celebrations in history, owing to the presence of the
Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, Prince William and Princess Catherine.
Prime Minister Stephen Harper, his wife Laureen and their children Ben and Rachel are scheduled to arrive on the Hill around noon. A few minutes later,
Prince William and Princess Catherine will arrive in a landau with an RCMP escort, accompanied by Governor General David Johnston and his wife Sharon.
